Hello soulmates! My name is Par and I am a registered nurse, certified holistic health coach and founder of With.parr. 

For a long time, I was constantly in control of my self-critical thoughts and my own limitations. I suffered from endometriosis and depression but kept pushing myself day after day, going in the same circles and searching for happiness outside myself.


Finally, I reached a point where I felt completely stuck in life and decided to leave Sweden for approx. two years ago to land in Fuerteventura and reconnect with myself.

I came across the holistic approach and started by coaching myself with NLP and mindfulness techniques. I healed my body through holistic healing methods and found tools that allow me manage stress & overwhelm.

Among other things, I started working with sound healing and got in touch with my body and mind in a completely different way than what I was used to.

Today, I create transformative programs that help you see well-being from a broader perspective that includes spirituality, self-love, relationships, food, exercise, career and purpose. My mission? To help women manage stress, love themselves and restore joy in their life.

For me, Gua Sha is an active meditation where I take care of myself mindfully knowing that I have the power to transform my skin on my own meanwhile reconnecting with myself. You can easily add this ultimate skin-care practice to your self-care routine whenever and wherever you are.

In this course I share my best massaging techniques to release stress and tension so you can have a more balanced everyday life and raise your energy.

What do you do to raise your wellness vibration?
Meditation and self-love are my biggest life-hacks. As a result of these, I'm able to reconnect with myself and become more reflective in my relationships. I am the biggest believer that consistent habits lead to lasting shifts in your life. No matter what time you have available to you ( Yes, even 5 or 10 minutes has an impact), there's always something you can do to take care of YOU.
